call me picky, selective, elitist— call me whatever you want. i really don’t care. i love lydia martin, and because of that, there are only so many blogs for her that have won my heart (and allison’s) without a doubt. because lydia martin is something else. she’s more than her stereotypes and her high heels. she’s a person. an amazing person. a banshee. a best friend. practically a sister. a mathlete. a badass. a lover. one of the strongest female characters i’ve come across in a long time. lydia martin is better. lydia martin is stronger than you’ll ever know. and it takes a keen eye to write her. a special kind of person who sees all this. and loves her for her faults as much as they love everything else about her.
