       jogging aimlessly around the city streets and wooded
       paths alone probably wasn’t the best idea. but the mere
       thought of being cooped up inside was worse than any
       slight possibility of potential danger. besides, she could
       take care of herself. somehow, she ended up in a copse
       of trees that skirted a cemetery; and she thought she
       could hear footfalls that weren’t her own.
